Hi lindemannandsons,
We know how important it is to be able to pay your employees on time. Upon checking in the Community, other posters are also sharing the same experience at the moment.
We've already informed our engineers about this behavior to check this out the soonest. Please check our Status Board and click SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES. Please also inform your employees to monitor their pays within today while this is being taken care of.
If you have other concerns, please let me know.
We probably all are the "payroll team". We all processed on time as usual and it doesn't look like anyone who processed payroll through QBO received direct deposits. I questioned if it was the FED, but I called my sister who does not use QBO to process and she received her DD.

Hello @JADavis2001 and @lindemannandsons. I understand how frustrating this is and how important it is for our customers to pay employees on time and promptly. Right now our team is aware of this issue with direct deposits and is working on getting this resolved ASAP.
Currently, the bank/financial institution has until 5 pm to deposit the money to the employee accounts. Regardless, we're actively tracking each of our affected customer accounts to see if we can provide a more accurate time frame and get employees paid sooner.
It's very important that you DO NOT cancel payroll and create paper checks.
We'll monitor the situation closely and keep you all included in any updates as they come to us here in the Community.
Thank you for your patience while we work on this issue.
This is very disappointing, while employees go into the weekend with no pay? Rent due on the 1st, mortgage due on the 1st. I really hope this get fixed quickly
Hello, @c_banchero.
As an employee myself, I'd also like to receive my pay on time.
We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment.
Thank you for your patience as we focus to ensure your employees’ funds are available as soon as possible.
Can I void the current payroll submitted for direct deposit on April 30?
Can I void the direct deposit and issue manual checks instead - just in case the deposit doesn't go in by the end of the day?
