How do I add payroll to a wholesale client? The option has disappeared.

You should also be able to manage your payroll subscriptions for your wholesale clients, MackeAcct.

 

Before that, let's do a browser troubleshooting. Cache helps your browser's background processes run smoothly. However, it can also cause unexpected results when piled up. Here's how to get rid of any cache-related concerns:

  1. Open a private browser and log in to your QBOA account. It uses but doesn't store cache.
  2. If you can manage your payroll subscriptions successfully, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
  3. Other supported browsers are good alternatives, too. Each of them uses a different cache.

How do I add payroll to a wholesale client? The option has disappeared.

I had been able to manage my own wholesale accounts.  QuickBooks option for adding payroll on the billing screen is down.  I was able to call and have everything set up.
