Let me help you set up the e-filing feature, Idf_204058aa-865.

QuickBooks Online automatically generates and processes tax forms if you've selected to have us file them for you. Here's how you can set up the feature:

  1. Go to Payroll.
  2. Click Overview.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to complete tasks or add missing info.

From there, you can enroll the state for e-services.

I'll share these articles to guide you better:

The South Carolina UI portal requires that I input an agent account number for QB in order to assign QB as my agent.  What is the number?  I know that you have clients in SC.

I'm attaching the page so you can see that its required.

Thanks Joe

  3. Give a brief description of the problem and click Let's talk
  4. Scroll down and select to Get a callback

It's that easy!

Actually it's that frustrating.

I've now added another 25 minutes of QB hold music to this endevour without getting anywhere.

Does anyone have this account number for Paycycle in SC?

The girl on the phone does not seem to understand me and it's not that hard.

The link to South Carolina (SC) Payroll Tax Compliance results in "Message Not Found".

Please note, I've been trying to resolve QB Payroll to auto-pay/file SC Income tax to SC MyDORWAY for well over a month.

QuickBooks payroll website can only accommodate monthly or semi-weekly SC Income Tax payments. The SC MyDORWAY website for income tax payments is set up to accept quarterly payments. So, the QB monthly payments fail which leaves it to me to manually pay. I’ve been trying to correct the issue with QB with MANY emails, and HOURS of phone calls and chats with agents within the QB website.

I may have finally found a solution today on the SC MyDORWAY website today – fingers crossed! I sent a request to change our filing period to monthly. It takes 2 to 3 days to get a response from SC.

ON SC MyDORWAY website after logging in:

Accounts Tab / View Returns and Periods = shows your periods

To request a change of filing periods on SC MyDORWAY website, must be logged in:

More tab / Send the SCDOR a Message / Correspondence section
