I am trying to get help on QBO payroll but the help button is broken.
I click "email" and it opens a window to email "null"
I click "schedule an appointment" and nothing happens

Currently, there isn't a way to contact our support team since the three options can be found in the Help menu. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you can get in touch with them.
A typical browser stores data in the cache from previously visited web pages. However, as it collects information, this may cause performance issues. This could be the reason why the Help button is broken.
You'll first have to access your QBO account using an incognito mode for your Google browser. It helps isolate the issue since it doesn’t store data in the cache. Just use this keyboard shortcut: CTRL + Shift + N.
From there, go back to the Help menu. Then, enter your specific payroll question in the Search field and click Contact Us as seen in the screenshot below. Please first check out our support hours to ensure we address your concerns on time.
If it works, you'll have to clear the cache of your Google browser. This helps the program to function effectively. If not, I'd suggest using other supported browsers.

I tried incognito and it did not work. Same issue as above. So QBO's help button doesn't work in Chrome.
I tried in Edge but I don't get the same options. The help through Edge is only available during the week. Can you please share the email address ?

Since the help button is still not working after doing the basic troubleshooting steps, I suggest accessing our QuickBooks Online Test drive in the meantime, so that you can speak to our Live support.
