How do I find my pay stub

Welcome to the Community, @salt702278.

I'd be delighted to walk you through the steps to view your pay stubs.

To see and download them if needed, set up your Workforce account if you haven't yet. Then, you can follow the next steps below:

  1. Sign in to workforce.intuit.com.
  2. Click Paychecks.
  3. Select the appropriate date range. You can view multiple paychecks up to one year at a time.
  4. From there, you can choose a pay stub to open and view, then download or print it if needed.

If you want to view them using your Workforce mobile app, check out this handy guide for a detailed process: View your pay stubs, time off, and year-to-date pay in QuickBooks Workforce.

In case you may not see all of your pay stubs in your account, here's an article that contains various fixes: Troubleshoot missing pay stubs in QuickBooks Workforce.

Feel free to visit again in the Community if you have more queries about payroll tasks. I'm determined to help you succeed. Keep safe always.

How do I find my pay stub

You've come to the right place for assistance, @lafayt2642. I truly know how it feels when our workforce account does not download the way we expected. No worries, I've got some steps to help you get through it.

Beforehand, I'd like to know if you received any errors while accessing your workforce account. Could you also specify if you're referring to the app or your QuickBooks Online account that won't download? You can share screenshots to help us ensure we've got the right details about your concern.

In the meantime, let's ensure that the details you've used when accessing your workforce account are the details you've used when creating your Intuit account.

If the same thing happens, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to identify what went wrong and get you back on track. Sometimes stored cache files can cause interruptions within the program when working with your QuickBooks tasks.

To start, you can access your Workforce account in a private browser to ensure the program runs seamlessly without storing cached data. Sign in to your account through this link: workforce.intuit.com. You can accomplish this by utilizing these keyboard shortcut keys:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

If everything works smoothly and your account can be accessed, return to your original browser and clear its cache so the system can start fresh. Also, using a different supported browser can help us dig deep into the root cause of this unexpected behavior.

Moreover, you can visit this reference to learn more about accessing paychecks using QuickBooks Workforce: View your pay stubs, time off, and year-to-date pay in QuickBooks Workforce.

I'm here to support and assist you every step of the way, @lafayt2642. Feel free to post any questions or concerns about your workforce account. Knowing this process will help you keep your accounts accurate and healthy, setting you up for success and growth in the future.
