Adding a raise to employee’s paychecks retroactively is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. As a workaround, you can set up an additional payment type under each profile and include it to their next payroll with the total increase accumulated.
Here’s how:
Please follow the same steps to add this additional pay type to the rest of the employees who received an increase. Take a look at this article for the details: Add or Change Pay Types in Online Payroll.
You need to manually calculate the total amount for each employee and enter it on their next paycheck. Here’s a screenshot for visual reference:

I am trying to draft a separate retroactive paycheck but the taxes for scheduled payroll keeps populating. how do I get taxes to come out of this check
