As indicated clearly in the subject, I need Quickbooks to REMOVE this mess from our account. It's been CANCELled since y'all caused this near year-long headache of adding it. WE'VE NEVER HAD OR USED PAYROLL. NEVER HAD EMPLOYEES TO PAY. Why do you all refuse to fix your mistake and REMOVE IT FROM OUR ACCOUNT?
