How do you REMOVE (not cancel; it's not active) a payroll service that Quickbooks added to your account without asking, so that you can add the payroll you need?

As indicated clearly in the subject, I need Quickbooks to REMOVE this mess from our account. It's been CANCELled since y'all caused this near year-long headache of adding it. WE'VE NEVER HAD OR USED PAYROLL. NEVER HAD EMPLOYEES TO PAY. Why do you all refuse to fix your mistake and REMOVE IT FROM OUR ACCOUNT?
