When you switch from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online (QBO), you may notice differences in the appearance of your financial records, @raiderguy10. Don’t worry, I'll help you understand how your books were moved.

This includes the previous year's payroll history, the breakdown of payroll items, employee schedules, wages, year-to-date balances, and other relevant information. Consequently, you will need to manually input any employee information that hasn't been transferred.
You can read this article under the Features section for more details: Learn how features and data move from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.
Once your entries are available in QBO, you can run through the resources from this article to get started and track your entries accordingly: Learn about QuickBooks Online with how-to videos.
