Hi there, @twc4massage.
Thanks for sharing the error code you've got. I'll share some insights about this and how to resolve it.
Normally, error 2107 occurs when something needs to be verified with your payroll data. A situation like this requires pulling up your account, which we are unable to do here in the Community space.
To get past this error message, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team. This way, they can verify what's causing the error in a secure environment and provide the troubleshooting steps to get this resolved.
I've also attached an article you can use to check the status of an employee's direct deposit: Payroll Statuses.
Please let me know how the call goes or if you need anything else in the comment below. I'll be here to help. Take care and have a good one.

Tried all the fixes reported here. Anyone else find a fix? I cant contact payroll services through quickbooks its not working
Currently, there's an ongoing investigation that customers who are using DT payroll and trying to send it are receiving a 2107 error message, with the event error being displayed. Le me provide further information about it, Staceym1.
While waiting for a fix, we have another suggestion to narrow this down. You should check the file to ensure that the Realm ID within the file matches the Realm ID displayed in PSP. If the Realm ID in the file is different from the one in PSP, you can use the Reset Intuit ID Settings option under the Help Menu to update the Realm ID within the company file.
By following these steps, you can ensure that the realm ID in QuickBooks matches the realm ID in PSP, which should resolve the 2107 error message in DT payroll.
Then, please consider contacting our Support Team to help us add your company details to one of the affected users. Go to the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help F1.
Alternatively, we can use the link below.
Here's an article for more information about viewing the status of your employees’ direct deposit paychecks: Direct deposit payroll status.
