Join nowWelcome and thanks for posting your first concern today, @devin-devinandaa. It seems like your connecting a sub-account. Hence, it wouldn't allow you to connect your corporate account.
In QuickBooks, when your bank or credit card account has sub-accounts, you'll only need to link the account where the bank sends most of the transactions.
Then, you only need to reconcile the parent account when it's time for reconciliation.
You'll want to create a parent account, then have each card set up underneath as a subaccount. Here's how to create a sub-account:

Thanks! When I go to add an account it just asks me to link a bank account. Doesn’t give me the option for sub-account. Do you have to do that from a desktop ? App doesn’t work?

Hi,
There is no "accounting" on the left side bar of my Quickbooks so I cannot find this. Is there a phone number I can call to walk me through this? Thanks
I'll help you set your account so you can proceed to use the Accounting tab, @devin-devinandaa.
One reason why the Accounting tab is unavailable on your end is due to the account being new. You'll have to switch to the Accountant view to use this tab. To do that, here's how:
For visual reference, you can refer to the screenshot below:
Once you've switched to the Accountant view, this is what your QuickBooks Online Interface looks like.
You'll notice that there are a lot of tabs showing up on your left navigational bar. You'll also see the Accounting tab that you've been looking for.
