I have an employee invited to view my paycheck. When she tries to sign up she gets the message "My company not in system" What can she do?

When sending invites, you'll need to go to the Company menu first. Then, select My Company and sign in from there. This to ensure that QuickBooks Workforce will be able to detect your company.
Once done, you can now resend the invite again. Here's how:
