Thanks for checking out the Community space, marygeo.

I'll make sure that your employee can view her paychecks and W-2s online.

When sending invites, you'll need to go to the Company menu first. Then, select My Company and sign in from there. This to ensure that QuickBooks Workforce will be able to detect your company.

Once done, you can now resend the invite again. Here's how:

  1. Select Employees from the sidebar menu.
  2. Choose Manage Payroll Cloud Services.
  3. Under QuickBooks Workforce, make sure the status is ON.
  4. Click Invite Employee, then sign in with your Intuit account.
  5. Select the employees you want to add to Workforce, then enter their email addresses.
  6. Hit Send Invite.

To learn more about this process, you can read this article: Invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce.

You may also share this reference with your employee to be guided in managing your pay stubs, time off, year-to-date pay, and personal information: View your paychecks and W-2s in QuickBooks Workforce.

Should you need additional assistance in accomplishing your other payroll task, don't hesitate to post the details below. I'll be right here to keep helping.
