Join nowNot to worry, I'll help you get those eBay transactions in no time, maztec-inc.
We can perform the manual update to ensure your bank transactions are updated. Here are the steps:
Though we can refresh the list manually, the downloaded banking transactions still depends on what your bank shares with us. You'll want to reach out to your bank and verify why the transactions are missing in QBSE. Besides, we can also ask for a CSV file for your banking transactions. Then, import it to the program:
Once done, categorize them to organize your bank transactions.
Let me know if you have any other banking concerns. I'll be around to keep helping.
Thanks for the reply, however I tried all of the above in the order recommended and it is still not showing my edi payments from ebay. My bank confirms all info is shared and my previous deposits showed prior to 12/20. However this year they are not pulling into QB. I am trying to cloe my books for 21 but showing significant loss. Help?!
Hi there, maztec-inc.
It could be that the transaction is already no your records hidden by a filter. Let's clear some filters if there is. You can set them to All, as shown in the screenshot.
If the transactions are really not there, you can manually add them if there are only a few or import them, like what Glinette shared.
You can also contact our Support team. That way, they can create a report for this behavior. They have the tools to do that.
