I agree with brconsultingid2. Issues with tax payment being posted to the wrong account requires help from our QuickBooks Care Support. They're available every 6:00 AM-6:00 PM Monday-Friday and 6:00 AM-3:00 PM Saturday. 

 

Here's how you can reach us:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call.

Unfortunately no one will do this for you based on this request.  It seems you should be able to do it yourself (you can with QB Desktop) but perhaps not with QB Online.

 

To get this accomplished, you'll need to contact tech support.  It'll probably take hours on the phone and then it may take days to get it actually done.  I've read accounts of this sort of thing here before...

Yeah, I kinda figured I'd need to get on the phone with them this week and have them do some SQL in their database to clean up the mess.  I couldn't even submit a support ticket today, which seems silly since it could be picked up during normal business hours, what's up with that??

I have tried contacting them twice though my quickbooks online, says i will get a call in 5 minutes but i never get a call.
