We have received several open cases from other users, like you, whose contractors are receiving the 2018's 1099 instead of the one you filed which are the 2019 1099-MISC forms.
I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support so someone can pull up your account, securely, and investigate the root cause of this matter. He/she will also create a case ID that is associated with your account and will be submitted to our engineers for further research.

But I've got you a way around, you may want to consider manually printing your 1099-MISC forms and mail it directly to your contractors.

I do not want to print them all. That is why I chose that option. I have asked for a call back so hopefully someone will be able to help me. Thank you for your reply.

I just spent over an hour on the phone with Quickbooks and they have no idea how to help me. Any suggestions for who specifically can help with this?

I checked our records here and found out an investigation about this issue. As of the moment, our engineers are working hard to fix this as soon as possible.
