I am currently on the phone with QB customer service and the lady I am speaking with has no clue. Acting like it is something I did within our payroll but told her she better be looking elsewhere since this page if full of comments where other companies are having the same issue today. So now I am on hold while she checks with their resource dept. So we shall see.... I just know I have some upset employees!!!!

I've been told they expect the issue to be resolved by the end of the day.

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
