No, it has not been resolved. This is day 10 with NO PAYROLL, also no email updates like I was promised, no communication from Quickbooks, absolutely not one word as to when this will be resolved. This is a complete and total failure and has been a miserable and frustrating experience and a total waste of my time. More than 12 hours on the phone with CSR's and NO RESOLUTION. If you really want to get my attention, GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED TODAY.
