Hi, sweetstuff2b and Dross760.
We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment.
Thank you for your patience as we focus to ensure your employees’ funds are available as soon as possible.
Mine were paid 11 hours late... scary.
BUT TODAY their funds were REMOVED from their accounts? And my payroll account was MORE than funded to cover all.
And ZERO communication from Intuit?
Really?
Apparently, they deposited yesterday late. Then deposited again today - the same amounts - then did a reversal of today’s deposit.
Wow. Scaring people.
Hi, pjginfl.
While the Community can provide answers and troubleshooting solutions to certain questions, there are things that only our phone support can do to resolve the problem.
Since the direct deposit issue contains bank credentials, I highly recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support. Unlike in this public forum, they have the tools required to operate an investigation and perform any escalations in the system whenever necessary on your behalf.
Our phone lines are now open. We temporarily suspended calls to prevent long hold times as we resolved a direct deposit payroll issue.
You can connect with us from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 AM until 3:00 PM on Saturdays. To ensure we address your concern on time, check out our support hours.
I've added this helpful article that will provide answers from FAQs when processing Direct Deposit in QuickBooks: Fix direct deposit issues.
Thank you for your patience as we focus to ensure your employees’ funds are available as soon as possible.
Please let me know if you have any other questions. I'm always here to help and provide you additional assistance. Have a good one.
Of course we don’t want to share account or personal information on a global public forum, but we are not sharing any info. Just trying to figure out this global and epic FAIL.
