You can visit this link to find an accountant near your place: QuickBooks ProAdvisor. If you scroll-down at the bottom of the page, you can see there the Select a Country which you can change if necessary.
Once you find one, you can invite them to work on your QuickBooks account. Here's how:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
- Go to Settings ⚙ and select Manage users.
- Select the Accounting firms tab.
- Select Invite.
- Enter your accountant's info and click Save.
QuickBooks emails an invite to your accountant. It contains steps on how to connect your accounts. If your accountant doesn't have a QuickBooks Online Accountant account, there's also a link on the email on how to sign up.
Regular accountant users don't count toward your user limit unless you make them the company’s primary admin.
Meanwhile, you can also provide details of your concern when posting in the Community. We have accountants or bookkeepers, Intuit agents, and other QuickBooks users. They can share their insights about your concern and help you resolve it.
