Join nowI have an employee that has a Simple IRA deduction taken every payday. He has asked me to discontinue this deduction. It shows on his paycheck as a deduction, but it isn't listed in his deductions where I need to discontinue it. How is this possible? How do I fix it? I've tried to call so I can talk to someone but apparently there isn't anyone available via phone?? Help please!

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for some assistance about your employee's deductions within their profile. Let's verify the steps you did take to try to locate and delete the deduction for your employee.

I still haven't received any communication from QB about my issue. Since this is payroll related, it is now critical that I get this resolved. PLEASE tell me how to fix this!

Thanks for reaching back out to the Community. The best way to get this deduction to appear again would be by contacting our Customer Support Team. I know that you've already tried the Get a callback feature, but you can also do the same steps as provided above by me and choose to Start a chat.
