Multiple tax finings show incomplete?

i have already pauid & filed my 940 but yet it shows incomplete and 5-6 times in my list?

This payroll form filing completion error can sometimes be caused by the browser's overtime collection of data from frequent page visits. To isolate this matter, you can perform some troubleshooting steps.

 

You can start by pulling up your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). You can use these shortcut keys:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

Once signed in, go to the Taxes menu's Payroll Tax Center to view your payroll tax payments and forms in QBO Payroll. You can also refer to this article for the detailed steps: Access payroll tax forms and tax payments.

 

If your Form 940 shows complete, return to your default browser and clear its cache. This will refresh the system and remove older data that causes viewing and performance issues. However, if this matter continues, I'd recommend using other supported browsers.

 

After performing the steps above, if the issue persists, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll care team. They can pull up your account in a safe environment and look for the root cause of it to find a fix.

Multiple tax finings show incomplete?

I am having the same issue only it is effecting the Pension Plan Contributions and seems to be getting worse with each login. I now show 7 past due liability payments dating back to 11/2022 that have all been paid.  I am using Desktop Pro Plus 2024. Any recommendations? Seems like an issue with the software for 2024.

Multiple tax finings show incomplete?

Anyone have a resolution to this issue. I have tried processing the incompletes, canceling, deleting nothing works they just come back. I spent an hour and half on the phone with quickbooks and then they disconnected and did not bother to call me back. Now I just need to file the tax return but it won’t let me. Anyone have a fix that works?

Anyone find a real fix for this I am having the same issue for 2 weeks now, I have tried canceling them, deleting payments, processing them nothing works. I just spent an hour and half with QB help desk to be disconnected and they did not call me back. I need a real fix and quick? Any luck anyone
