Hi Janna!
Our payroll specialists are available from 6:00 AM-6:00 PM Monday-Friday and 6:00 AM-3:00 PM Saturday. However, if you're using the QuickBooks Full Service Payroll and QuickBooks Online Payroll Elite versions, you can reach their Support anytime.
We can also answer your payroll questions in the Community as long as it won't require us to check your account or verify your account, trace direct deposit, etc. We can answer something like general questions, setups, reports, about your forms, etc.
I need to speak with a payroll specialist to have our direct deposit amount increased. I have summited the 6 months of bank statements already however we had fraud on our bank account and needed to close that and open a new one so the 6 months are from 2 different bank account #'s. I have spent hours upon hours on the phone trying to get a hold of someone who can help me and I get prompts to open a new chat and the new chat is not someone who can help me. We have QB's enhanced. Our FIN is XX-XXXXXXX. Please can I get a call back from a payroll specialist? I can be reached at XXX-XXX-XXXX
thanks!
I want to make sure this is taken care of, @KimM4.
This isn't the kind of service we want you to experience, and I personally want to get this resolved for you.
Instead of reaching out to our support team, you can submit an online request to increase your direct deposit security limit. You'll just have to upload additional documentation like a bank statement to the request form. Once you submitted the request, it'll be reviewed within 2 business days, and sends you an email with the results.
However, if you'd like to contact our phone support team again to help you with the process, you can follow the steps provided by my peer JessT above. I understand that you already talk to one of our support agents but initiating a new conversation is the best way to check on the ticket number created by the previous agent you talked to.

Is there a fee? I am chatting with Hal B who is saying I need to pay $100 fee. No one else has asked for that.

I'm a little confused. I'm chatting with someone and they wanted to share my screen. What I was asking, I really didn't see the need for that. I asked if they were an Intuit employee. She said she's a 'Quickbooks Online Specialist". Does that mean she's third party? If so, how are these third party people linked into our chats?
Hello @SWyatt502 and thank you for coming to the Community with your concern. If you're accessing the support chat through our QuickBooks product, I can assure that the person you're talking to is hired by Intuit to assist and you are in good hands.
Any questions you have, please feel free to come back here and I'm happy to help. :)
Thank you!
