need to talk to tax notice resolution department

I know the tax penalty needs to be paid, but who pays it.  I feel QB should pay it because it was their mistake, but I need to talk to that department.  From what I understand you can't talk to them directly- you can only email them??  I'd really like to have a conversation...I only get noreply emails:(

I want to ensure this is taken care of so you can get a reply to the tax notice resolution department, @Joeyslandscaping39.

To fix this, I'd recommend you directly follow up and contact the tax or IRS department. This way, they can check your account and review the issue to get a reliable resolution.

Also, I encourage visiting our Help articles page to learn more tips on navigating your QBO account. From there, you can read help topics that can guide you through the steps by steps process.

Don't hesitate to drop a comment below if you have other questions about the tax notice. I'm always here to help. Take care and have a great day ahead!

need to talk to tax notice resolution department

I am curious about this as well.  Intuit made the mistakes, I have big penalties from IRS.  I have emailed Tax resolution department since October 19th and not one single response.   This is very very frustrating and we are looking at if legal action against Intuit would be a solution.  HELP!!!!

need to talk to tax notice resolution department

I emailed the tax notice from WI dept of revenue on 5/25/22.  Called on 7/1/22 to follow up, Stephanie said QBO was working on it.  Received another notice from WI department aug 30, emailed that one.  called today and latoria P says none are in system.  I am losing confidence in the system.
