I am trying to print employer copies of W2 and W3 from QB Desktop. I click the button "View/Print Forms & W2s" in the Payroll Center but the site fails to load. It appears to be trying to reach payrolltaxcenter.intuit.com without success. How else can I print W2s, W3 and 940 for my accountant?

This does not resolve the issue. I am not selecting anything, I am simply pressing the button: "View/Print Forms & W2s" which appears in my Payroll Center in QB Desktop. Pressing the button opens a browser window which then fails to load any information, showing an error message "Can't reach this page." I'm not even given the opportunity to choose a form or say what I want to do.
I shouldn't have to contact support to get copies of tax forms when there's a process for the built in to the software. Oh well.

Currently, there's an investigation case about this issue. Our product engineers are working to fix this issue.
The case code is INV-42696, where customers are unable to access the Payroll Tax Center site from within the product.
I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. Once you called them, your company details will be added to one of the affected users. Here's how to contact them:

I attempted to contact support as you instructed. I tried the online chat and received a message indicating a 10 minute wait time. After 1.5 hours I had not heard from anyone and needed to leave the computer and closed the chat window.
Then I clicked "Get a callback" where it indicated a 30 minute wait. I've been waiting three days for that call.
Is there any other way to get assistance with this issue of not being able to access my tax forms?
