We used quickbooks online payroll for many years and since it was no longer going to be available we switched. Now I have asked for PPP forgiveness and SBA is requesting us to provide a specific report for FTE and I cannot provide it because it was deactivated on the online payroll ! I was able to print regular reports but the PPP reporting section is not working anymore !! HELP
How can i obtain the report???

Good afternoon, unfortunately this does not solve my problem as we had to switch to another service since yours was discontinued, regardless we had your service in 2020 and should be able to print the reports to be able to provide to SBA for loan forgiveness. I can log in to my old profile but the PPP reports when pulled are all blank !
I appreciate if you can guide me as to how I can obtain the FTE Reports.
It's sad to hear that you've discontinued your QuickBooks subscription, @Vivianalv. But I'm still here to help get your PPP reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Just to clarify, is it already beyond a year after you discontinued your QuickBooks subscription? Please know that we only hang on to your data for one year to get the information you needed, and beyond that, all the data will be deleted. And it's the possible reason why your PPP reports are blank.
However, if it isn't beyond a year, you can still run the PPP reports in QBO. But at this time, we got some reported issues that payroll reports for PPP Loan Forgiveness showing as blank. Rest assured, our product engineers are diligently working for a fix.
If you haven't yet, I suggest reaching out to our PPP Support Team. This way, you'll get an update about the resolution status and add your company to the list of affected users. You can also provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-53258.
