We installed 2024 QkBks Desk top and now our payroll checks are cutting off at half way through the page. No $ amount is in the payment amount on the check, plus anything else that would normally be on the right hand side of the page is missing. Help! This is only happening on 1 workstation. Printer is HP Enterprise LaserJet M604. We repaired, uninstalled and re-installed the print drivers. QBKS support was no help.
Anybody know what to do? In the meantime we are changing to print to a different printer in the office, but how annoying. See attached example
Let me help you sort this out, Cathyspad.
You can use coarse and fine adjustments when setting up your printer to align with your paychecks. That being said, you can only use coarse adjustments if you are using checks, or forms purchased from Intuit. Other continuous-feed forms can't be adjusted using this method.
You can go through this article for more details: Fix print alignment of continuous-feed printers. You'll find steps on how to make fine alignments in this write-up.

Hi GlinetteC,
Thank you again for attempting to repair/fix my problem with printing issues. Unfortunately, this did not work either.
Our IT guy came and tried different print drivers and one made an improvement. Paychecks are printing properly, other reports are better but not 100%. We now have to say how many pages wide we want the report to print on otherwise it prints to 1 page wide and is not legible.
It is a work in progress I guess.
Thank you!
I am having issues too. 2024, premier accountant, won't print paystubs at all. Will email stubs or invoices just fine, but I click print and nothing happens. I have tried everything! And this is on only 1 PC and I have installed on several. Last year it was XPS issues. This doesn't seem like XPS because it generates PDF reports fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the whole thing many time, tool hub, windows updates reversals. Nothing is working
