Quick Books Payroll on Line

I just got QB Payroll on Line. I will start working on this from August 1.

For period reporting I see two columns 1. Payroll for the quarter ending March 31, 2021, and 2 Payroll for January-June 30, 2021(YTD). Since QB will start recording the payroll from Aug, how and where I should be entering July payroll

Let me help you enter the payroll, Planner2579o.

You'll have to enter the July payroll as a regular one. Once you create the paychecks, let's ensure the dates are correct. This way, the year-to-date information will be accurate.

For the detailed steps, you can check this article: Create pay checks in online payroll.

If there's anything else that you need, feel free to let us know. Take care!

Thank you so much for helping me out.

Another question, please. Would you be willing to review once I set up my payroll and make sure that I have covered all bases?. Thanks
