When I apply mileage reimbursement its showing up in the Deduction portion of there paychecks stubs?!?!?!? We have over 75 employees and this has caused alot of problems.
Keeping a simple (-) by the deductions would solve this issue.
Why fix something if it isn't broken????

Currently, we have an on-going issue where payroll item showing under deduction items in QuickBooks Workforce.

This is still an ongoing issue and becoming a very big issue among our company. I have to send them there actual pay stub through QB in order to satisfy them. Which makes the new version of View my pay stubs pointless for us.
When is this going to be fixed? Its been MONTH'S

To whom it may concern, I am having trouble getting into see my pay check stubs, I was told by my accounting person to contact you. My name is Chett Williams & I work for Allison Park Church..
I have a personal email [email address removed] & a work email [email address removed]
when I try to access its asking for password neither passwords for either email address will work.
Can you help me restart or refresh.. I really need access to my Stubbs.

Has this issue been resolved. I am also having the same issue and employees are asking. It is very confusing and the math doesn't add up.

This issue is still not resolved. Our employees YTD amounts are inaccurate. When will this be fixed?

I called the number that your post pointed to for payroll support. However, I was told they do not have any information about WorkForce, and there is no number to call about WorkForce. I was then on a chat for the past 40 minutes to be told that they thought the issue was fixed, but since it is not fixed they will have to gather more information to re-open this ticket. The representative on chat has been very nice and understanding, but that does not really help the situation.
