So we ran payroll today. how long after does it take for my employees to get their checks via email?

QuickBooks Online Payroll does not support sending out pay stubs or paychecks to employees via email. However, as long as you have set up your employees to view pay stubs online and have already run payroll, your employees can simply sign in to their Workforce account and see any current or prior pay stubs.
