This does not appear to be a QuickBooks (Accountant's desktop version) program issue. It appears to be with QB Enterprise (both client and accountant's verison).
I am now having issues with this in QuickBooks 2024 Accountant's edition.
None of the suggestions in this feed have corrected the issue. Is Intuit working on a patch?

Unfortunately No.
I have not been given any additional information, except that they (qb) are supposed to be looking into the last update.
I chose to download the Payroll liability report and post manually. That may not be optimal for some, but I was not going to continue to wait. Reports-Employees & Payroll - Payroll Liability Balances - drill down on each month for TN SUTA and download to excel. Combine all 3 months and post to TNPAWS.
Hope this helps

Hi there. In QB, go to Employees -> Payroll Tax Forms & W-2s -> Tax Form Worksheets in Excel. This will open a dialogue box with a few options. At the top section, choose "State Wage Listing" and below that you can choose the date range. For Q3, you can choose either "Last Quarter" or manually enter the dates. Then click "Create Report". MS Excel will query QB for the data and once populated you will see each state where you have employees listing totals by employee name as well as summarized totals by state for UI, WH, etc. Hope this helps!
Has there been a fix? And why is this error for only one of the TN companies and not all TN companies?

Hi all,
Add South Carolina WH-1605 to the list of forms. It was all working fine until the payroll updates got pushed through. I have now spent a collective 2.8 hours on the phone and have learned how to inactivate and reactivate my payroll subscription, find the latest patch updates, and much more.
From a logical perspective, we know it was not our side from the beginning because if 9 out of the 10 Federal and State forms work and one doesn't, the root issue is the supplier of the form. In this case Intuit/Quickbooks.
I request that this becomes a matter of urgency as we all on this thread pay quite a lot of money for payroll services and there are legal/tax implications with the data not properly being displayed. Of course there are work arounds to get the correct data but that should not be the issue for paying customers as work arounds take time and that costs money.
@Intuit - please do all you can to get this resolved! Please also communicate with us and let us know the status.
