Let me walk you through generating the 1-9 form, FF06.

 

You can follow these steps:

  1. Click Taxes.
  2. Go to the Payroll Tax tab.
  3. Under Forms, click Employee Setup.
  4. Select the form, then click View.
  5. Click the Printer icon to print.

The payroll forms icon is not accessible  It shows I9 however does not show anything

Where/ how do I find I9 form for employee in the payroll

I was told that QB would file the I9 form, since I couldn't find it in the employee's documents,  QB told me that I have to file it.
