Happy to share details about making a domestic transfer, tommyespo.
I'll guide you on how you can make a domestic transfer from your QuickBooks Checking account. Thus, you can achieve your task as soon as possible.
The ability to process wire transfers when using our QuickBooks Checking is not yet accessible. That is why the domestic routing number is inoperable.
Currently, you can transfer money using ACH or the cash and debit card apps. Before that, if you haven't already, you'll need to connect an external bank account. You may need to set up an account you already linked for online banking a second time for QuickBooks Checking.
- Go to Business overview, then select Cash flow and choose QuickBooks Checking.
- Pick Transfer and then select to move money between your accounts. You're not going to transfer money yet. You only need to start the connection.
- Click Add a bank, enter your bank's name and select your Account Type.
- Type your account number and routing number. Then hit Next.
QuickBooks will send two small deposits to the account within the next three days. Once you see them in your account, come back to QuickBooks to verify the transactions. Go to the Business overview, select Cash flow, then click Confirm.
Then, you're all set to transfer money in and out of your QuickBooks Checking account. To transfer money out of it, visit this link for complete instructions: Use your QuickBooks Checking account.
