If you're referring to the time entries entered in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can go to your audit log so you can determine if other users modified the entries. 1.Go to Gear icon and select Audit log.
2.Click Filter.
3.Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
4.Click Apply.
On the other hand, if you're referring to the interface itself, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. Sometimes this happens if you encounter browser-related issues. You can log into your account using a private window. You can use the shortcut keys:
