Aside from the W-2s, you cannot e-file other federal and state forms within QuickBooks Online without turning on the e-file and pay feature.
I'd recommend reaching out to IRS to see if you can still amend the submitted forms. Note that amending forms are done directly to the IRS website. You can also use this link for more information: Correct or amend W-2 forms.
They'll help you settle the incorrectly filed forms.
