Hi there, @tjomusic

I'm here to help you enter your mileage.

Let's try to turn off the auto prefill in your settings.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click Account and settings.
  3. Select the Advanced menu and click the Automation section.
  4. Switch the radio button to off for the Pre-fill forms with previously entered content.
  5. Select Save, then click Done.
