When entering mileage and my starting address, the drop-down menu defaults to my previous address. No matter how many times I change my account info, it won't change in the milage drop-down. Help!

Usually, this sort of behavior is often the result of browser hang-ups which can be quickly resolved by clearing the browser's cache. However, I recommend accessing your account in a private browser or incognito first. This mode prevents your browsing history from being stored.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts that will help you accomplish this in all supported browsers:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P

1. Go to the Gear icon in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
2. Click Account and settings.
3. Select the Advanced menu and click the Automation section.
4. Switch the radio button to off for the Pre-fill forms with previously entered content.
5. Select Save, then click Done.
