Where can I find my state 941 quarterly/monthly tax forms?

It used to be easy with the old system... I was able to generate the payment, but no longer can see the actual form to file with the State (Missouri).

Where can I find my state 941 quarterly/monthly tax forms?

Hi there, Tom Kissell.

Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community. I'll ensure to share different details so you're able to see the actual form to file with the State (Missouri).

The quarterly/monthly tax forms are located in the Payroll Tax window. You can find your Form 941 from there.

Here's how:

  1. Open your QBO account.
  2. Click on Taxes at the left pane, then tap on Payroll Tax.
  3. Select Quarterly forms.
  4. Choose the form you want to file.
  5. Review the form to verify the info, and Submit it when you're ready.

If you're still unable to see the 941 tax form, I suggest going to the View and Print Archived Forms page. This way, you're able to view your 941 and verify if the said tax form is filed electronically. Please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Taxes from the left menu.
  2. Select Payroll Tax.
  3. Go to the Forms column.
  4. Under Quarterly Forms, click View and Print Archived Forms
  5. From the list of archived forms, find the 941.
  6. Click the 941 links on the far right.
  7. Choose View.

Please refer to these articles to see what are the lists of payroll forms and taxes we submit for you, including the taxes we do not support for your state. And, how QuickBooks Online populates the lines on Form 941.

Please know that you're always welcome to post if you have any other concerns. Wishing you and your business continued success.
