When I look at my P&L, all the employer taxes are reported in the account "Taxes" for January. In February, all employer taxes are reported in the account " Payroll Taxes." Both accounts are sub-accounts of "Payroll Expenses." I don't like expenses moving from one account to another as it creates confusion in ascertaining YTD expenses. QBO processes our payroll. Who changed the account used for the various employer taxes, and why?
