Let's try paying your state taxes using a private browser. This is to determine whether this issue is browser-related.
To open a private browser, refer to these shortcut keys:
You'll want to switch to another browser and disable the pop-up blocker.
Then, I recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser if using an incognito window works. This helps QBO to function more efficiently.
Otherwise, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Payroll Support Team. They will be able to check your account's payroll settings.
For the meantime, you'll want to pay taxes directly to the state's website.

Any update on this issue? Seems many people have been getting a blank screen when they are trying to pay tax within the Payroll Tax Center. This is a feature we are paying for which needs to be addressed.
I've been told many times by QB that they are working on this error:
"I understand that you have been affected by the ongoing investigation INV-51836..."
This seems like a pretty significant bug that is still outstanding?
