Why did I get charged 3 times this month?

As much I would like to help you with this, we're unable to pull up your account here in the Community space for security purposes.

 

I highly suggest contacting our Support team. They have tools such as screen-sharing (remote access) that can pull up your account in a secure environment and verify the charges that you're getting.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help (question mark) icon, then hit the Contact us button. 
  2. Enter "Charges" in the box or type something similar along the lines. 
  3. Proceed with Continue
  4. Choose either Start a chat or Get a callback
