I highly suggest contacting our Support team. They have tools such as screen-sharing (remote access) that can pull up your account in a secure environment and verify the charges that you're getting.
Here's how:
- Click the Help (question mark) icon, then hit the Contact us button.
- Enter "Charges" in the box or type something similar along the lines.
- Proceed with Continue.
- Choose either Start a chat or Get a callback.
