Allow me to share some insight on how to get around this issue. I suggest updating your QuickBooks Dekstop (QBDT) software to the latest release.
This way, we can ensure your payroll updates synchronize with the system. Let me show you how:
- Go to the Help menu
- Select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
- Go to the Update Now tab.
- Select Get Updates to start the download.
- Restart QuickBooks when the download finishes,
- Accept the option to install the new release.
