mirgration failure from usb move file

I saved my QB to usb and when I try to move on new computer it says migration failure.

Let's begin by updating your Windows 10 version to the latest release to isolate this. Also, make sure your new computer meets the system requirements of the migration to work.

 

Then, execute the migration process again. If the issue continues, we'll have to manually transfer your QuickBooks Desktop file. 

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Let's install your QBDT software on the new computer. 
  2. Make sure to create a backup company file from your company.
  3. Restore it to the new one.
  4. Lastly, download the latest tax table after moving your company file.
