Hi,
Happy customer of QuickBooks 2016 Mac. Running Mojave 10.14.6 with no problems. Love how the Mac version is more streamlined than the Windows version (one company file in ONE file, and not 6 files and two folders, backups are in a dmg file, PDF's are generated with system processes and Mail is used cleanly for invoice mailing, etc.).
Is macOS Catalina going to be a problem wrt 64 bit-ness? In other words, are there obscure 32 bit processes in QuickBooks that need to be refactored so QuickBooks will run in 10.15 and beyond? I'm not talking about other bugs that have to be fixed; I know those take time.

That didn't answer my question.
I know what QuickBooks 2016 for Mac will run on at the present; wouldn't think of asking a question before doing my own research first. What I'd like to know is QuickBooks fully 64-bit, side processes and everything. Just because the main application reports as 64-bit in the System Report doesn't mean that everything is 64-bit. MacOS Catalina won't run 32 bit processes, as all the 32 bit frameworks and support Mojave has is totally removed from Catalina.
Thanks for getting back to us, @sgtaylor500.
As mentioned by @MirriamM, macOS Catalina is not yet supported in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac. The QuickBooks program is 32-bit software that can run on a 64-bit computer.
