I'll be happy to explain how to reprint a previous check stub.

To print pay stubs:

  1. Select Workers.
  2. Select Employees.
  3. Below Run payroll select Paycheck list.
  4. Change the Date Range if necessary. Select the date of the pay stub that you want to print.
  5. Select Print.
  6. A PDF appears. Select the Printer icon to print.

For more information on printing paystubs, click here.

After following these steps, you should have your previous paystubs printed out. If you have any other questions about this, please feel free to let me know below.

How do i reprint previous check stubs?

I do not see where I can select paycheck list.  after selecting "run payroll", my options are annually or weekly with no options to print pay stubs

Thanks for joining the conversation, @innouttruck,

You don't need to select the Run Payroll option to print the paystubs, go to the Paycheck List instead. Here's how:

  1. From the Workers menu, tap the Employees tab.
  2. Tap the Paycheck List link.
  3. Mark the paychecks you want then hit Print.

Here's an article with the complete steps on printing checks in QBO: Print pay stubs.

We are always open if you have other questions. I'm also here to provide further assistance whenever you need one. Have a wonderful day, @innouttruck!

Hello, @Office_VC20.

You can reprint pay stubs in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) either from the File menu or from the paycheck itself. Let me show you how.

To print pay stubs from the file menu:

  1. Go to the File menu and select Print Forms.
  2. Click on Pay Stubs.
  3. Choose your payroll bank account and enter a date range that includes the pay date of the pay stub you want to print.
  4. If you want, select Preview to view the pay stub before you print it.
  5. To select the company and employee information that will be printed on the pay stub, select Preferences.
  6. Select Print.

To print a pay stub from a paycheck:

  1. Open the paycheck in QBDT.
  2. Click on the Print icon above the check and select Pay Stub.

For additional reference, you may check this article: Print pay stubs

Let me know if you still have questions about your paychecks. I'm always here to assist. Have a wonderful day!

Downloading pay stubs in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll is easy, and I'm here to show you how @mmp2020.

The same goes when printing your pay stubs, you'll have to visit the Paycheck list page so you can download them. You can either utilize the Export to Excel or Print option to get the data you need. To do this, here's how:

  1. Go to the Payroll menu.
  2. Select Employees.
  3. Click Paycheck list below Run payroll.
  4. You can select Filter drop-down to change the Date range or Employee.
  5. Choose the paycheck you want to download. Select the Print or the Export to Excel option to download. If you select the Print option, click the Download icon on the ViewPdfForm window.

Also, to get a closer look at your business finances and employees' account, you can pull up several payroll reports in QBO. For the complete list and guide on how you can customize them, I'd recommend checking out this article: Run payroll reports.

Please don't hesitate to let me know in the comments if you have other payroll concerns and questions about managing pay stubs in QBO. I'll gladly help. Take care always, @mmp2020.
