I am trying to connect to OceanFirst for bank feed using QB Premier 2014.
Do yo know if the release is spprted?
Hey there, @pmcpaul.
I'm happy to provide some information about releases that are supported.
At this time, any version earlier than 2017 isn't supported. I recommend upgrading to a supported version so you can have access to all functions in QuickBooks, including bank feeds. Our troubleshooting tools are upgraded with each new release of QuickBooks and they don't quite work with the older versions.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out. Take care!

I have QB Accountant 2020 verison and two of my banks will not connect TD and The Provident Bank. One bank works, CHASE. I have tried every fix and both of these banks were connected to my old QB fine Now what?
Thanks for coming here in the Community, renee francis
I've got some troubleshooting options that we can try so you're able to connect your banks (TD and The Provident) in QuickBooks Desktop.
As an initial step, you can create a dummy company file to test if you're able to connect the following banks successfully.
Then, try connecting your bank by following the steps below:
Check out this article for your reference on how to set up account for Bank Feeds in QuickBooks Desktop.
If it works, I suggest going back to your company file and running the Verify and Rebuild Utility Tool. This helps repair any data damage in the system. Below are the steps on how to do this:
However, if you're still unable to connect the banks, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support. They have the special tools to help conduct a deeper investigation on what's causing this behavior.
Here are the steps to contact support:

My new computer came with Microsoft Edge instead of Explorer. Can I use that?
I can see that you're new to this thread so let me take time to welcome you in the Community space, @Roie.
The browser requirements for QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) states that you must have an Internet Explorer 11 (32-bit). Therefore, Microsoft Edge one of the unsupported browsers for QBDT.

How excactly is that supposed to work now that Internet Explorer has been discontinued? Using QB Desktop Pro 2022 - Trying to connect a Bank of America CC account
Welcome, @Jason616.
I appreciate you for joining the thread about connecting accounts to bank feeds. Allow me to chime in and provide clarification on the browser requirements for the QuickBooks Desktop 2022 version.
Currently, the 2022 version requires internet access and Internet Explorer 11 (32-bit). Some of the versions of the browser may still be supported past the latest Windows OS end date when Extended Security Updates (ESUs) are available.
For more information, check out this link from the Microsoft website: Internet Explorer.
Also, there's a user who performed a workaround that works on the program. You can add a registry key for Internet Explorer that points to Chrome.
There's no guarantee it will work for you or what impact it may have but it routes to the suggested browser. Here's how:
Also, if you're unable to connect to your bank, you can bring over bank data manually via web connect. To know more about the process, check out this article: Set up or edit bank accounts for Bank Feeds in QuickBooks Desktop.
Let me know if you have additional questions about linking your bank account to QuickBooks. I'll keep an eye on your response. Have a great day.
