Hi! The Print button on QuickBooks online is not working. When I click print and preview and then click print instead of taking me to my printer box it opens a new tab on my browser. Please HELP!

Once you select the Print and preview and click Print it will open another tab for the Print sample. From there, click the print icon. See screenshot below.
After doing this, but the issue persists, this can be caused by some browsing issue. To fix this, Let's start by accessing your account using a private browser. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, thus causing some unusual responses.
You can use either of these shortcut keys:
If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to prevent any unexpected behavior. Also, you can use other compatible browsers in QBO.

I have not been able to preview not only my checks, but statemetns as well. The only option I have to continue to be productive is to open the check or statement with a PDF. I can then print. It is slowing me down and I hope a solution will come soon.
