Do you need to buy a new QB Desktop 2023 Pro Plus license or else?

It said upgrade now.  I used the codes from my original version which worked when I upgraded to 2023 version

Don't need to buy a license for 2023 and I have paid annual subscription which is good until August 2024

No, QB has stoppped up dating my last up grade in 2019 of QB Pro ($200+) and the only file needed for the update is an adobe PDF file to be able to either print or email out of QB.

I have been a Quickbooks user and subscriber for many years.  I have the program on my laptop only.  My laptop died, so I purchased a new one.  I downloaded QB Desktop for my new computer but I can't access my old program to get the license and product number.  I thought I could get it from my login information, but I am not seeing it.  Thank you,

The Product and Services section of CAMPs shows all your registered Desktop apps and subscriptions. It's where you can find your license and product number. Please follow the steps below to get the information you need:

1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com.
2. Find your app or subscription in the Products & Services list.
3. Click Details, then Download.
4. Install QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
5. Open QBDT and press the F2 key.
6. In the Product Information window, locate your product and license number.

You can get the product number on the CAMPS page. There are also other ways to get it. I'd be delighted to provide further details about it, CVM4.

Follow the steps provided by my colleague above, CamelleT, to get the product details for registered products on the CAMPS website. Additionally, your product info is the original purchase confirmation email if you bought the product from our website. If you purchased QuickBooks from a retail store, check for the label on the original packaging next to the UPC Code.
