We are having some troubles with our clients connecting to our server for POS.
Note we just moved the hosting of the POS and QB Enterprise Suite to a new server.
The QB Enterprise Suite connects just fine, between the server and client. I can Remote desktop to the server from the client. Basically all the connections work but POS. ha.
The POS application does not connect. I can ping back and forth. I have opened the firewall ports recommended. I've tested just disabling the firewall on both the client and master, and that didn't work.
I download the POS connectivity tool. The server checks out okay, and of course when I test the connection to itself, it works.
On the client side, when I run the POS connectivity tool, it shows okay, but when I run the test, it fails to connect to the server.
I am not sure what all to try now. Any help would be appreciated!

Whelp I finally figured it out.
After watch about an hours worth of videos on youtube by BlackRock POS. It was that subnet mask between the client and server were different. The server had 255.255.0.0, and the client had 255.0.0.0. Once I matched them, it worked instantly.
Best Regards,
Jeff
