Received email re: Complimentary 2021 upgrade...how do I initiate the upgrade?

Back in October I received an email from Intuit saying that due to our Enterprise subscription membership, we will be receiving a complimentary upgrade to 2021. The email says the installation will come via an in-application prompt. This has yet to happen. I figured it would eventually, then I forgot all about it. 

 

Fast forward to today, and my bank no longer supports 2018, so I'm frantically trying to process this upgrade (I guess nobody noticed any communication of such). What do I need to do?

Before reaching out to our support agent, please check what operating system, hardware, software, and other requirements to run the latest version. You can refer to the System requirements for QuickBooks Desktop 2021 article to know what your computer needs. I found the download on the CAMPs page, but I did request a callback earlier today. I'll bring this up with them. Thanks. 

 

BTW I think Intuit could have communicated the End of Life for 2018 a whole lot better. My Primary Contact account email gets promotional messages regularly. This couldn't have been used to send very important news such as the discontinuation of services?

Check your CAMPS and you should find all of your license codes starting from 2018-2021 in there.
