I found the download on the CAMPs page, but I did request a callback earlier today. I'll bring this up with them. Thanks. 

BTW I think Intuit could have communicated the End of Life for 2018 a whole lot better. My Primary Contact account email gets promotional messages regularly. This couldn't have been used to send very important news such as the discontinuation of services?

Check your CAMPS and you should find all of your license codes starting from 2018-2021 in there.
