I recently got a new computer and was wondering the best route to be to move my Pro 2013 program to my new laptop? I have the disk and things, Just wondering the best route to get everything switched. Thank you.
Well, basically you need to install QuickBooks and transfer your company file(s).
Note that QuickBooks 2013 wasn't designed to work under any current version of Windows. There may be hurdles both in getting the installer to work and also - if you can get it to install - parts of QuickBooks may not work properly. Features that use the OS like printing come to mind.
Also, patches may no longer be available from Intuit, so you might end up using an older release than you currently are. Patches are available here: https://qtools.com/qbupdates.htm
Assuming it installs, a good way to transfer your files is using Backup and Restore. After backing up, find some way to transfer the backups to the new computer and then restore them.

However, if you don't want to create a backup of the company file, we can move it another way. Here's how:
Please know that you can always contact our Technical Support Team if you need additional help during this process. This way, an agent can use their tools to screen share with you and move everything over for you. Also, if needed, and you wish to upgrade, our agents can help with that. Easy peasy!
Don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I'm always around to lend a hand. Have a good one and enjoy the new computer!
